Nikki’s Trinkets, the enterprise, is the brainchild of a local girl, now a full woman with a penchant for creating authentic island art. Her giftedness to create – apparent from her youth – came to force during the time of her feminine higher-awakening, while living in a Turks & Caicos’ paradise with her husband, O’Brien whom she has taught the craft trade. Nikki’s eyes constantly absorbed snapshots of the environment, replete with colour and movement, which inspired her creations on a ubiquitous supply of natural resources.
The environmental-scapes of these islands are so inspiring, that residents and visitors alike, yearn for memorials of their time here. Hence, the idea for Nikki’s Trinkets flourished in the business of cultural art, made by hand
